They're known for their off-the-cuff ways, and last night (May 2) Will Ferrell and Conan O?Brien were at it again.
The ?Elf? actor followed through with previous threats and shaved the crimson-haired late-night TV host?s beard.
After checking Ferrell?s handy work out in the mirror, O?Brien shrieked, ?That?s horrible.?
Lucky for Conan, a professional was on-hand and cleaned him up during a commercial break.
