Not wasting any time in finding a replacement, Malin Akerman has reportedly signed on to take over Lindsay Lohan's role in the upcoming movie "Inferno".
According to Deadline, the 32-year-old actress has agreed to terms to portray the role of famed porn star Linda Lovelace in the Matthew Wilder directed picture.
Of changing leads, Wilder previously told press, "We have stuck by Lindsay very patiently for a long time with a lot of love and support. Ultimately, the impossibility of insuring her -- and some other issues -- have made it impossible for us to go forward."
Meanwhile, LiLo claims that she's the one who pulled the plug on the gig - as insiders tell that the "Mean Girls" star wanted to focus on her continued recovery efforts at the Betty Ford Center.
